Melons
Aside from simply serving a seeded section as a special way to start the day, consider making this simple yet elegant dessert. Select 2 or 3 different color melons- maybe Sharlyn, Cantelope, and Honeydew. Wash melons in warm soapy water, rinse, dry, halve, seed, and scoop out with a melon baller. If you don’t have one, melon ballers are available in most kitchen supply departments/stores. Mix the melon balls in a bowl with a spritz of fresh lemon juice, and add some sugar
