EarthWorks' goal is to provide discerning Chefs with a selection of interesting garnishes and unique herbs.
For over twenty years, hundreds of Bay Area Chefs have relied on us for pristine selections to assist in elevating and distinguishing their dishes.
Located in Oakland, EarthWorks is a 1/2 acre urban farm.
We pride ourselves on consistently providing fresh, top quality, beautiful offerings.
We employ only Sustainable Growing Practices, meaning we grow without relying on toxic chemical pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified seeds, or practices that degrade soil, water, or other natural resources.
We have a strong Food Safety Program, certified annually by the International Food Safety Institute, adhering to Good Management Practices and Good Agricultural Practices.
